David Boice
David is a pioneer in auto industry technology. Throughout his career, he has owned numerous companies in the automotive, tech, RV, marine and real estate sectors. David co-founded two of the largest tech and consulting companies (AutoMark and CyberCar) in the automotive trade. He co-founded his first technology company, AutoMark, with his father at 22, selling in 2000 as part of one of the largest technology transactions in the automotive industry. In 2008, he broke through a challenging economy and co-founded the most sophisticated, marketing technology company in the automotive industry: Team Velocity.
Brian Benstock
Brian is the GM and Vice President of the #1 Certified Honda and Acura dealer in the world, Paragon Honda and Paragon Acura. Benstock is internationally recognized for his groundbreaking philosophy on consumer driven business, “The Future is Frictionless.” Most recently, Benstock has worked with with Google to transform the customer experience by removing friction from one of the biggest customer pain points: vehicle maintenance and service.
Benstock is on a mission to transform the client experience from the outside in. Since his career began in 1982 at PS Honda in Manhasset, NY. Under the direction of his mentor Paul Singer, Benstock learned the nuances of the automotive industry and the practices of a successful car dealership. Benstock’s passion for the industry and his commitment to lifelong learning led him to hold many positions within the dealership including sales consultant, sales manager, assistant to the assistant manager, finance manager, general sales manager and, eventually, a partner within the organization.
An active player in his community, Benstock works to support the Sloan-Kettering Memorial Cancer Center, Women In Automotive, Team for Kids, NY Roadrunners, the American Cancer Society, Foundation Fighting Blindness, The Starlight Foundation and the Hias Foundation. He is also an avid competitive runner, completing 23 marathons including Boston, Chicago, Miami, London, and New York.
David Spisak
David Spisak was the Founder/President/CEO of ReverseRisk, a web-based analytics program used by dealers to help manage their operations. David founded ReverseRisk in 2008 and sold it to Reynolds and Reynolds in 2016.
David has 27 years of hands on experience in retail automotive management where he ran single point stores and large groups. He was the operator at Smythe European, a Mercedes-Benz dealership, that generated $23.7M in net profit in a single year, the record for the most profitable dealership anywhere in the US. Smythe European also achieved an industry low 3% employee turnover, #1 rank in fixed ops gross profit and top 10 in used cars and F&I.
Later David joined AutoNation where he was responsible for managing a $2.3 billion, 35 store region with over 3,500 associates. He won AN’s top honor for guiding his market to becoming the highest performing in the entire country.
David’s front line experience and work with groups of varying sizes has given him a unique perspective on what works today in our industry, how conditions are changing, and what leading dealers are doing to prepare for the future and how they are creating sustainable success in any economy.
Peter Cooper
Peter Cooper’s insight into automotive customer satisfaction and behaviors prompted him to transition Lexus of Lehigh Valley to a One Price model and subsequently piloting Lexus Plus for Lexus. Lexus of Lehigh Valley is one of two Lexus stores to ever be awarded the Lexus Brand Champion by Akio Toyoda in Lexus’ 31 year history.
LoLV made the experience of shopping there feel like a luxury, offering amenities like service pick-up and drop-off, offering a loaner car while an owner’s car was in service, and delivering a car to a customers’ house for presentation and delivery. This was decades before any of these practices became common.
LoLV continues to innovate, adding fresh profit centers to the traditional dealership model. Currently, they’re building out a premium carwash business, which has been a great success in the Lehigh Valley.

Peter and his family are very active philanthropists in many Jewish educational institutions in the Lehigh Valley, Israel, and throughout the world.Peter resides in his hometown of Easton, PA with his wife Karen; they have two children and two grandchildren.
Steve Greenfield
Steve is CEO and Founder of Automotive Ventures, LLC, an automotive technology advisory firm that helps entrepreneurs raise money and maximize the value of their companies, helps PE firms conduct due diligence on technology acquisitions, advises technology CEOs on strategy, and helps represent sellers at time of sale.
Steve served as TrueCar’s SVP of Strategy and Business Development, and AutoTrader.com’s Vice President of Product Management and Business Development, overseeing the acquisitions of vAuto, Kelley Blue Book, HomeNet Automotive, VinSolutions and DealerScience.
Steve began his career at Manheim in Canada in 1999 as the Technology Manager at Toronto Auto Auction and laterserved as Manheim’s Director of International Development, overseeing Manheim’s overseas investments.
A graduate of York University (Toronto) he also earned an his MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University where he serves as President of the Alumni Board, is on the board of the Emory Impact Investment Group (EIIG) and the board of the Emory Entrepreneur Network. He serves as a board member of Advent Resources, Black Widow Imaging and T-Drill. He also serves as Board Member of Community Consulting Teams (CCT) Atlanta, a non-profit providing pro-bono management consulting services to small Atlanta-area non-profits.
